i am on h4 and this was the first time a company filed for my h1b. so would that be ok if company "B" files for my h1b with h1b filed with company "A" is pending with RFE.

I had a friend in the same situation. Had H1 and EAD. He worked halftime for two years to finish his MBA. Now went back to fulltime H1. I think your company has to approve it and yes he filed ammendment.
Thanks for the info. I am in the process of asking for approval from my company and I don't anticipate major problems.
So far other than H1b amendment I don't see any other actions I need to take. If anybody can think of anything else please reply to this post.

I filed my I-102 to receive an I-94, ill update this when I hear back from them.
When I receive the receipt, could I use that for the RFE? I don't think i'll have my I-94 to give to them in the 80 days I have left?

Attended 485 Interview yesterday, everything went fine, the office told me that they need 120 days to review the file and will inform the decision after that. For me it looks like he basically collected all the documentation from me and will forward them to the Supervisor.

I have a friend that has a BS in Computer Engineering, and a MS in Electrical Engineering.
Can you guys give me sample job description that will qualify for EB2. He has 3 years of experience but that was acquired before obtaining the degrees.
Company is really flexible with job description.

I don't think it matters when the experience was acquired as long as it is related to the job description and it is verifiable. If for some reason those three years cannot be used, you can have a job requirement as something like MS in EE/CS + 0 years experience.

I tried applying for License Renewal inn NC when my H1 was pending with USCIS, they strictly told me that they will not issue the license until we get the approval notice from USCIS. if you have any luck please let me know?

AC 21 allows a job change after 180 days pending of I-485. Will that allow a job change for a similar job position that is employed by a US company but work internationally (i.e. not working in the US)?

My understading is that you can not work internationally. This information is based on one of the attorney conference calls IV organized a few months ago.
On another note, please contribute to IV's letter campaign - this is one way of helping yourself and increasing your options! It only takes a few minutes - sign your name to one of IV's template letters and stick a stamp on an envelope.

From the information I can gather, all medical professionals say that the tetanus vaccination is safe. However I am hugely opposed to vaccinations ever since I had a hideous reaction to a flu shot, but I'm opposed to vaccines especially in pregnancy and USCIS will not accept me not having the tetanus vaccine. Our immigration doctor said I have no choice. I also don't like the mercury and formaldehyde that they put in vaccines and the fact they say it "won't hurt" my baby doesn't go well with me at all. It's interesting how the medical community says "sure, have the shot" yet people in other forums that I've seen say "don't do it!!"

As you probably realize, by transferring to another employer you will have to start the GC process all over--though you should be able to keep your May 2008 priority date.
Based on the facts you have provided, I would say that it is unlikely your prospective employer's H-1 would be denied. However, there is never any guarantee. Premium processing usually takes 7-10 days if there is no RFE, but again, there can be no guarantee. (Note that USCIS must refund the $1000 fee if your case is not acted on (approval, denial, or RFE) within 15 days of receipt.)
